Care Provider mode
Animal Owners can connect with a veterinarian or another trusted care provider—such as a doggie daycare provider—from the same BarnBuddy app and send selected animal history. The Care Provider can add SOAP medical records and care report cards, then send those records back to the animal owner for review.
SOAP medical records
Document the subjective history, objective findings, assessment and plan, then return the complete clinical note to the animal owner.
Care report cards
Share mood, activities, companions and owner-ready notes after daycare, boarding, grooming, training or routine care.
The owner receives each SOAP record, report card, treatment, photo or PDF as a proposed update. Nothing changes in the owner’s farm records until they review and approve it.
